These Terms apply to FieldSeal: GPS Photo Reports (the “App”), published by Mirza. By using FieldSeal, you agree to use it lawfully, respect privacy and property rights, obtain any permission required to photograph people or property, and review records before relying on or sharing them.
1. Documentation tool
FieldSeal organizes photos and related information into local project records. You are responsible for the content you capture or import, the accuracy of information you enter, lawful retention, storage capacity, export recipients, and maintaining tested backups.
2. Verification limits
FieldSeal can compare current local files and metadata with fingerprints recorded by the App. This can detect certain changes. It does not prove that an event shown was genuine, make a record impossible to manipulate, provide an independent trusted timestamp, certify a location, or guarantee legal, insurance, contractual, or regulatory acceptance. Imported images are identified separately because FieldSeal did not capture them.
3. Local data and backups
FieldSeal Version 1 has no account or cloud synchronization. One device is not a backup. Data may be unrecoverable if App storage is cleared, the App is uninstalled, a device or key is lost, storage fails, or every valid backup is unavailable. Password-protected backups cannot be recovered without the password.
4. Purchases and advertising
FieldSeal Pro Lifetime and Remove Ads are one-time products processed by Google Play. Prices and purchase terms are shown by Google Play. Pro includes ad-free use. Remove Ads does not unlock Pro tools. Pending purchases do not unlock features. Refunds, revocations, account eligibility, and billing availability are handled through Google Play. Existing originals and deletion controls remain available when an entitlement is unavailable.
The free version may display conservative interstitial advertising at non-critical transitions. Ads do not determine whether a capture, verification, report, export, backup, or restore succeeds.
5. Third-party services
Android, device hardware, geocoding providers, Google Play, Google AdMob, consent services, storage providers, and receiving apps operate under their own terms. Their availability and results may vary by device, region, network, account, and policy.
6. Availability
FieldSeal is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mobile hardware, storage, GPS, compass, time settings, geocoding, operating-system services, and receiving apps can fail or produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Always inspect warnings, verification results, location accuracy, reports, and exports.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use FieldSeal to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, safety requirements, workplace rules, court orders, or contractual duties; to misrepresent evidence; or to access, photograph, retain, or distribute information without required authorization.
8. Changes
We may update FieldSeal or these Terms to reflect product, provider, legal, security, or operational changes. The current Terms will remain available at this address with their effective date.
